The Villa Today
From the complete renovation of the Villa and its outbuildings, were built eight residences, five of which - a separate house and four apartments - are at the disposal of the guests:
- "Il Granaio", apartment with 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests.
- "Il Nido", an apartment with 2 bedrooms for up to 5 guests;
- "La Stalla", detached house with 3 bedrooms for 8 guests;
- "Il Garage", apartment with 1 bedroom for 4 guests;
- "La Foresteria" apartment with 1 bedroom for 2 guests;
In the central courtyard of the property, surrounded by walls and closed by an automatic gate, there is a large car park, partly covered. Always inside the property, to a maximum of 30 meters from residences, is the swimming-pool (13 m x 6.5 m), available to guests from beginning of April to October, with deck chairs and garden furniture, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the vineyards and surrounding hills.
