Terms of Payment

Cancellation policiy

Final cleaning: to be paid in cash at arrival:

 

€ 150 for "Il Nido",

€ 250 for Il Granaio

€ 250 for Lo Chalet


Cost of natural gas: € 1,90 per m3; electricity cost € 0.70 per kWh.

Both costs must be paid directly upon departure, according to consumption.


Mandatory deposit to be paid directly by cash upon arrival, per week:

 

€ 200 "Il Nido"

€ 400 "Lo Chalet" and "Il Granaio"..

It is required a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay within 3 days of booking confirmation.

 

The balance is due at least 5 weeks before arrival.

 

In case of bookings made within  5 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

- Cancellations made ​​prior to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the stay.


- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the stay.

 

If the balance payment is not paid at the expiration date, the deposit will not be returned, as a penalty.

 

Reservations not paid within the deadline indicated will be automatically deleted.

Notice

From 01/07 to 31/08 minimum stay is 5 nights.
In the remaining periods, stays of less than 5 nights are possible on request.
We do not accept stays of less than 3 nights.
